Question: How long does it take to obtain coverage?

Answer: We can usually place basic coverages - Office Package (property and general liability), Umbrella Liability, and Workers' Compensation in a few days.

It generally takes about ten days to place E&O/D&O coverage. This is due to the more stringent underwriting requirements for professional liability coverage which mandates the completion of an application; submission of supporting documents such as PPMs, financial statements, and historical performance data; and often, a conference call with underwriters.
